Seabrooks 2004 Complaint for Misdiagnosing Full Term Baby and Failed Abortion
Seabrooks was accused of misdiagnosing a 35-week pregnancy as being 10 weeks on an obese patient and attempted 3 abortions on the same day. Told patient she had fibroid tumors. Later, the woman gave birth to a 35 week baby boy weighing 5 lbs 1 oz. suffering from sepsis and other medical issues from failed abortions. He was stabilized and released to home. -
