  Letter to Judge Johnston written by a friend of convicted state prisoner and plaintiff Alex Hamilton. The friend says that Hamilton and himself are both gay, and says that Hamilton has learned his lesson not to have sex with underage persons. The friend offers to serve as a character witness for Hamilton in his lawsuit against Planned Parenthood.

  Planned Parenthood is the "Official detention subcontracted medical agency" for Cascade County Detention Center in Great Falls, MT. Convicted state prisoner Alex Hamilton sues defendants including Planned Parenthood, alleging that PP denied him HIV medication for 10 days.   Planned Parenthood is a "contract medical provider" for the Montana Dept of Corrections. Pretrial detainee Jesse Lee Sackett sues defendants including Planned Parenthood. Sackett states that he has cancer in 4 areas, but PP has not referred him to necessary specialists. He also states that he has 5 cavities, but the dentist won't do fillings, and will only provide tooth extractions. See list of parties on pages 5-6, and facts of the case on page 11.
