Dear Board of Medicine,

I'm writing under the ALABAMA public records law to acquire the public record documents regarding physician Eric C. Nielson, License Number License Number MD.16474 

This would include:

- all medical malpractice case information, including the docket number and county

- all complaints and disciplinary actions

- all hospital admitting privileges

- all correspondence complaints 

- all limited licenses and temporary licenses

This would be for all years since they have been licensed.
