Malpractice lawsuit filed against Dr. Edwards and his abortion clinic. The patient sued Dr. Edwards for performing a botched abortion with severe complications including a perforated uterus, an incomplete abortion, and a dead embryo left in her uterus. The complications left the patient sterile and unable to ever bear children. See pages 2-4. -
