Aaron T. Gelfand

July 23, 2012 - Gelfand violated terms of a substance abuse recovery program and had his license suspended on July 7, 2011. Positive drug test logged in September 2011. In Consent order, Board determined Gelfand no longer poses a danger to the public so they reinstated his license with restrictions. Barred from the solo practice of medicine. Must have supervision of another doctor. Must enter a monitoring program and attend AA or other 12 step program 3 times per week. Must be regularly tested for drugs. More
