Nov. 8, 2002: CA Medical Board restores Agnes Kintanar's medical license after probation. -
Determination and Order, NY license revocation
May 18, 1996: NY Medical Board permanently revokes Agnes Kintanar's medical license, and cites Kintanar for unprofessional conduct. Kintanar sent a botched abortion patient with potentially severe complications to a hospital emergency room without stabilizing the patient, without advising the hospital emergency room regarding the patient, and without performing a physical evaluation or sending a medical history with the patient. CA Medical Board Action Report
Oct. 1995: CA Medical Board finds Dr. Agnes Kintanar guilty of gross negligence, incompetence, and dishonesty. Board cites several violations, including "improper emergency referral of patient with potentially severe abortion complications." Medical Board issues temporary license suspension, and places Kintanar on seven year probation. See page 11. -
