Plaintiff Shannon Dean sues Daniel Kushner and his medical office. Dr. Kushner prescribed Shannon a medication, despite the fact that his office had records indicating she was allergic to it. The medicine caused Shannon to become extremely ill and require treatment at a hospital. See pages 4-7.
