The New Jersey Board finds that Domenico Ambrosio, MD, had accepted duplicate payments from two insurance carriers for the same services. Ambrosio had to repay $10,500 to the insurance carrier for overbilling them. The Board fined Ambrosio $7,500, and required him to pay $121.25 in investigative costs, as well as restitution fees of $1,102.83. See pages 1-4.
