Grant P. Bagley, M.D. co-founded the Utah Women’s Health Center abortion mill in 1974. Later renamed the Utah Women’s Clinic, the abortion mill is now closed. In 1989, Bagley graduated from law school. He currently practices law in the Washington, D.C. area.
