Salazar – TX Court of Appeals, San Antonio – 3-18-1998: Abortionist Hernan Salazar was sued for giving patient a false negative on her pregnancy test, and prescribing hormones to induce patient’s menstrual period.  Patient was actually pregnant, and the baby developed testicular cancer after birth.  Patient sued Salazar for improper prescription of hormones while she was pregnant.
