Abortionist Jan Whitefield and Planned Parenthood have sued the State of Alaska multiple times over abortion regulations in that state. In a 2010 lawsuit (see below), Whitefield testified that he performed abortions at Women’s Health Services in Anchorage, AK. In a 2015 lawsuit (see below), Whitefield testified that he provided “contract services” at the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Anchorage. See documentation below. Whitefield’s ob/gyn office at Women’s Health Services no longer advertises abortions.
