Julie A. Jenkins, RN, NP, is an abortion nurse who previously performed medical abortions in California.  She relocated to Maine, and now works at the “Maine Family Planning” abortion clinic.  In Maine, only physicians can legally perform abortions.  Jenkins and other plaintiffs are suing the state of Maine, demanding that nurses be allowed to perform abortions that state.
