Physician assistant Randy A. Hutchins is fined $1000 by the PA Board for providing medical services in violation of Board regulations. See page 4. Hutchins later worked for Kermit Gosnell. See following document.

Physician assistant Randy A. Hutchins is disciplined by the PA Medical Board for committing violations while working for Kermit Gosnell. The Board states that Gosnell was running a "script mill," dispensing pain medications and drugs to patients who did not need the prescriptions. Hutchins worked for Gosnell as a physician assistant, and Hutchins prescribed drugs to patients who didn't need them. Hutchins formulated the medical records to falsely state that the patients needed the drugs. Hutchins also fabricated documents, and lied in an interview. Hutchins provided medical services to patients without filing an appropriate written work agreement. See info on pages 2, 4, and 5.

November 1, 2013: Final license revocation order after Gosnell's conviction on 3 counts of 1st Degree Murder for killing babies born alive during late-term abortions and hundreds of other criminal counts.

March 2, 2010: Temporary license suspension due to criminal conduct. Essentially permanent since Gosnell is serving a life sentence without possibility of parole.

Censure and reprimand and $1,000 fine. The physician has satisfied the terms of the order. Later on January 19, 2012 the physician's medical license was revoked.
