Daniel Jeck Obtains $1.5 Million Award in Medical Malpractice Action in New Jersey State Court -- Jury awards Lennard Gildiner's injured patient $1.5 million

Patient wins malpractice lawsuit against Lennard Gildiner, MD. One of Gildiner's patients suffered a spinal epidural abcess after childbirth. Despite the patient being in severe pain for two days, Gildner failed to recognize or diagnose her life-threatening epidural infection and abcess. The patient subsequently lost all feeling in both legs, and had to undergo emergency surgery. She suffered permanent paralysis (loss of feeling) in one leg, and sued Gildiner for malpractice. The jury awarded $1.5 million to the injured patient.
