Abortion Death – Lynette Wallace: Lynette underwent an abortion by Dr. Morton Barke at Inglewood Hospital on September 13, 1975. He failed to diagnose her ectopic pregnancy and Lynette died on September 27, 1975, after her right fallopian tube ruptured. She was 22 years old.
