June 1, 2019: transfer of AWS ownership to Blum for the sum of $1.

June 21, 2019: Kaji notifies Blum of his termination of management services for AWS, through which Brigham managed AWS behind the scenes.

Dated June 4, 2020, after Blum assumed control of AWS. States, "As per Dr. Brigham, we will not be receiving our pay checks until Tuesday 10/18/16." This shows Brigham control over AWS after "sale" to Blum.

CONSENT ORDER filed September 16, 2021. This matter was opened to the Board upon receipt of information Dr. Blum, was found to be noncompliant with the terms of an agreement that he entered into with the Board on February 21, 2008, requiring him to successfully complete within one year Board-approved courses in medical record-keeping and communication skills; complete within sixty days a one-day peer mentorship and have the mentor provide a statement to the Board verifying he has successfully completed this requirement; and Dr. Blum agreed to perform breast or pelvic examinations only with a chaperone present and with the patient fully gowned in all medical and hospital treatment venues. It is the position of the Board that Dr. Blum¿s failure to comply with the Private Letter Agreement of 2008 constitutes professional misconduct and provides grounds for the Board to take disciplinary action against Dr. Blum¿s license to practice medicine in New Jersey. The Board ordered Dr. Blum¿s license to practice medicine and surgery suspended for one year, with the entire term of suspension stayed and served as probation.

Evidence that Blum was involved in the scheme to start late-term abortions in New Jersey then transport women to a secret abortion facility in Elkton, Maryland where the abortions would be completed. This scheme was an illegal one that cost Blum's boss Steven Chase Brigham his New Jersey Medical License. Blum inserted laminaria into patient N.C.
