Opinion issued by Board, with Stipulation and Order, finding violation of general duty, negligence, failure to exercise due care, incompetence, conviction of a misdemeanor or felony related to or affecting ability to practice medicine in a safe and competent manner, lack of good moral character, practice outside the scope of a license, obtaining/possessing controlled substances without lawful authority and prescribing/giving away or administering drugs for other than lawful purposes.

Administrative Judge's opinion that found Alexander was responsible for negligence and incompetence related to squalid conditions found at his Muskegon abortion facility in December, 2012, which led to the closure of that clinic by the Fire Marshall.

Letter informing Compainant Newman of Operation Rescue that Alexander has been disciplined as a result of his complaint.

Nov. 19, 2014 - Alexander's final suspension order

Robert L. Alexander is excluded from participating in Medicare his exclusion after being convicted in federal court on 12 counts related to the unlawful manufacture, distribution, prescription, or dispensing of a controlled substance.
