Scott Naegele applied to renew his license and inaccurately answered that he had never had a settlement or judgment from professional liability. The Medical Board filed a complaint, and Naegele said that his answer was unintentional. The Medical Board and Scott Naegele entered into a Consent Order to resolve the complaint. -
