Caitlin Bruce went to Feminine Health Care for an abortion procedure on April 9, 2008. After preparing the patient, Dr. Hodari requested that his assistant place his hand over her mouth. Caitlin then changed her mind and began screaming for them to stop, but Hodari refused and began the procedure. Caitlin sustain numerous damages and mental trauma from the incident.
