Clinic was formerly known as “Capital Care Network of Toledo, LLC,” and was registered to owners at the Founder’s Women’s Health Center abortion clinic in Columbus, OH.  Clinic changed ownership in Summer 2019.  Clinic is now named “Capital Care of Toledo Ohio, LLC,” and is registered to owners at Your Choice Healthcare abortion clinic in Columbus, OH.  See license documents at right.
