June 19, 2014, Siegel caused the death of Adrienne Schilling. Siegel is being sued by Schilling family due to breaching duties by performing laparoscopic hysterectomy knowing that as result of previous surgeries, Adrienne Schilling had high risk of adhesions which would result in complications during the laparoscopic procedure; failing to recognize and/or inspect to make sure that Adrienne colon was not injured given the dissection necessary in the left lower quadrant and morcellation; leaving laparoscopic sponge in during surgical operation; failing to recognize the signs of sepsis and request surgical consultation on rescheduling the CT scan with contrast to the morning of May l4, 2014 despite the decedent’s deteriorating condition; and allowing marked delay in treatment.

Siegel sued by Martenson family 10/02/13 due to a botched circumcision preformed on their son in 2006.

Summit Medical Associates called 911 for a woman 4 months pregnant with heavy bleeding at clinic.

EMS arrived on scene to a woman seated upright in a wheelchair with signs of pain with sign of hemorrhage. EMS investigates the woman taking baseline vital signs and monitors the woman's condition while advised that she does not want to transport to the hospital.
