Kamper Disciplinary Consent Order - 2011
Kamper was involved in a patient death in 2009 and was accused of failing to evaluate her patient prior to anesthesia and failure to discuss an anesthesia plan with the CRNA. She was placed on probation for 2 years, ordered to take continuing education classes, and ordered to work under a practice monitor. -
Kamper 2016 Disciplinary Action Consent Order
