US District Court, Eastern District of Michigan - Sept. 12, 2005: Group of abortion clinics and doctors, including Karoline S. Puder, sue the attorney general of MI over a law restricting "partial-birth" abortions. Court rules against the law.

A group of abortion clinics and abortionists file complaint to initiate a lawsuit challenging a law in Michigan which restricts "partial-birth" abortions. Plaintiffs describe their involvement in performing abortions; Karoline S. Puder is named as an abortionist on page 7.

Puder named in third party complaint for her involvement in the birth of a child with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.

Jan. 10, 2008: Donielle Van Sickle sued Huron Valley Hospital and Dr. Karoline S. Puder for negligence and malpractice. Because Puder failed to diagnose Van Sickle's incompetent cervix, Van Sickle went into pre-term labor and gave birth to a severely premature infant. As a result of the premature birth, Van Sickle's baby suffered serious birth defects, including blindness, cerebral palsy, asthma, and seizures.

March, 2009 malpractice suit filed after Puder sent a woman suffering pregnancy complications home. Woman later delivered her son at 33 weeks. Baby was still-born. (Partial doc.)
