In March 2016, Kadisha Sampson went to the Newburgh PP for birth control. The clinic gave her the Depo-Provera shot without checking to see if Kadisha was already pregnant. The Depo-Provera harmed Kadisha’s baby and pregnancy. When Kadisha gave birth at Vassar Bros. Medical Center, doctors including abortionist Kimberly Heller botched her delivery. Kadisha was given improper medication, suffered a lacerated bladder, had excessive blood loss from her C-section, & suffered a uterine rupture. As a result, Kadisha Sampson suffered serious and costly lifelong injures, complications, and pain. She is suing Planned Parenthood and the various hospitals/doctors for malpractice. See documents at right for lawsuit against PP of the Mid-Hudson Valley and Kimberly Heller, MD.

2018-02-12 Complaint -- Kadisha Sampson v. PP Mid-Hudson Valley, St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Kimberly Heller et al
In March 2016, Kadisha Sampson went to the Newburgh PP, where they gave her Depo-Provera birth control without checking to see if she was already pregnant. The Depo-Provera caused serious anomalies to the baby and Kadisha's pregnancy, which were negligently undiagnosed by St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital. Kadisha later went to Vassar Bros. Medical Center to have her baby. The hospital doctors including Kimberly Heller gave Kadisha an improper medication instead of performing a C-section, and Kadisha's uterus ruptured. As a result, Kadisha suffers from serious lifetime injuries, complications, and pain. She is suing Planned Parenthood and the hospitals for malpractice. See pages 7-12.
