Cincinnati Women's Services v. Taft, U.S. District Court, southern district of Ohio, western division, 9-8-2005
"Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order," Sept. 8, 2005: Abortionist Walter T. Bowers II, MD, and Cincinnati Women's Services sued the state of Ohio over a law restricting abortions. The law required parental consent for minors seeking abortions, and required a woman to meet in person with a physician at least 24 hours prior to having an abortion. The Court ruled in favor of the law, and found that the law was constitutional, and did not place an undue burden on a woman's right to choose an abortion.
