  Lawsuit filed on May 2, 2019, by a woman who visited the Near North Planned Parenthood in Chicago, IL for an IUD insertion. Afterwards, she reported that she was dizzy, but was nonetheless left alone and unmonitored. She lost consciousness due to dizziness, which she reported, then fell off a table and broke her neck.
