Health Dept. filed complaint because of medical malpractice by Celina Poy-Wing. Poy-Wing performed a botched abortion on a patient, which resulted in patient's subsequent hospitalization. Patient required exploratory surgery, which found that Poy-Wing had perforated the patient's uterus, and left multiple fetal parts inside patient's body cavity. Due to the botched abortion, patient was treated for sepsis, respiratory failure, and other complications.
