October 15, 2019: Plaintiff asks for malpractice case against Planned Parenthood to be dismissed. This usually indicates that the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount of money.

Planned Parenthood denies everything in medical malpractice case, Peal v. Planned Parenthood, Justin Diedrich, RHS Planned Parenthood et al.

1st amended complaint from abortion patient alleging Diedrich conducted her 1st trimester abortion, which failed. She returned 15 weeks, 1 day pregnant and was subjected to a D&E dismemberment abortion. Patient suffered sepsis and was hospitalized and forced to undergo a 3rd abortion by D&C. This incident was cited by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services in a deficiency report. It was noted that the abortionist (Diedrich) failed to cooperate with the investigation. That resulted in the revocation of RHS Planned Parenthood's abortion license. RHS PP stayed open on an appeal.
