Other Info
Abortionist Rodolfo R. Finkelstein worked at two Michigan abortion clinics. In 2005, he was charged with multiple counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct for sexually abusing his patients. In response to the charges, the MI Dept. of Health announced a summary suspension of Finkelstein’s medical license on March 4, 2005. Facing a potential life sentence, Finkelstein skipped his court date, and fled the U.S. for his native country of Argentina. The State of Michigan permanently revoked his medical license on Oct. 11, 2005. Stripped of his medical license, Finkelstein remained an international fugitive for nine months. Finkelstein was caught and arrested in Rosario, Argentina, in December 2005.
